Non-resident rates include a $2,000 non-resident tuition discount and $1,250 Living-Learning Incentive, which is a tuition discount for students who live on-campus in one of the residence halls: Belmont, Crestone, Culebra or Greenhorn.
The WUE rate includes a $1,000 Living-Learning Incentive, which is a tuition discount for students who live on-campus in one of the residence halls.
Tuition for undergraduate students in Business, Nursing, Computer Information Systems and Engineering is $18.65 more per credit hour. Course fees may be applied to specific classes at time of registration.
As a first year student, you can anticipate the following costs for housing, meals and parking:
Belmont Hall room rates per semester*

Crestone Hall room rates per semester*
$2,500 - double room with shared bath
$2,850 - double room with private bath
$3,200 - private room with shared bath
$3,550 - private room with private bath
Meal plans per semester*
$1,830 - Unlimited meals per week
$1,650 - 17 meals per week and $50 flex
$1,650 - 14 meals per week and $75 flex
$1,650 - 12 meals per week and $125 flex

Tuition and Fees Estimate for Graduate Students
As a graduate student you’ve already begun investing in your future by earning an undergraduate degree. As you embark on the pursuit of an advanced degree, let’s take a look at how much it will cost.
Keep in mind there are two semesters in a year, fall and spring, so you should double the semester rate for a yearly total of tuition and fees. Below is a general estimate of costs for 9 credit hours per semester:
Resident tuition (including mandatory fees for one semester) $2,174
Resident tuition for Teacher Education (including mandatory fees for one semester) $2,021
Non-Resident tuition (including mandatory fees for one semester) $5,549
Tuition for graduate students in Business and Computer Information Systems is $73.75 more per credit hour. Graduate students in Engineering and Nursing is $42.75 more per credit hour.
